WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
All product is sent via courier, domestic customers should receive your order within 3-5 working days. Please note that we don't send on weekends.
WRONG FIT?
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase to exchange or receive a credit. Exchanged items will incur a separate shipping charge. Items must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage are unable to be exchanged. However if items are faulty, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 2017 we will meet our obligations to provide a solution to you.
I MADE A MISTAKE, HOW CAN I EDIT MY DETAILS?
If you've made a mistake when entering your details (e.g. forgot to add your flat number), please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to amend it for you.
